Plastic Bottle Baler/Can  Baler

The vertical manual series of plastic bottle balers, also known as plastic balers or can balers, are specially designed to compress hollow products such as PET bottles, cans, tins, and oil tanks. These baler machines feature a long ram that effectively compresses the bottom of the hollow products. If you have both waste paper and waste plastic to recycle, the plastic balers are an excellent choice.

The manual vertical plastic balers come in three bale sizes: 1000*600*(300-1000) mm, 1100*700*(300-1000) mm, and 1200*800*(300-1000) mm. They have hydraulic powers of 40 tons, 50 tons, and 70 tons, respectively.

Similar to small vertical balers, the plastic bottle balers/can balers can be equipped with a liquid collector to gather liquid waste from the bottles or cans.

Additionally, an automatic chain bale ejector is installed to facilitate the ejection of bales from the baler machines.

Please note that these plastic baler machines are not limited to just PET bottles and cans. They are also capable of compressing plastic waste such as film, bags, sheets, and paper waste.
