15-20 Tons/H Automatic Horizontal Balers

Out of the series of balers for sale, these are the most powerful balers. Like the other Fully automatic balers, they also process lose material, but with a larger capacity. The material they process includes paper, cardboard, OCC, ONP, books, magazines, plastic bottles, plastic film, alfalfa, hays, cans, tins and aluminum scraps.

The motor power is much larger than all of other small automatic paper baling machine and carton compactor. The powerful dual system design helps to process materials up to 20tons per hour. Due to the massive capacity, these automatic horizontal balers are suitable for large recycling centers where there is a need for tons and tons of recycling.

Like the all other automatic horizontal balers in series, these are also sub-divided into two types i.e. small and large. The former has a size of L*1100*1250mm while the latter is L*1100*1500mm in size.

Recommended equipment or device that connect with the automatic horizontal balers:

– A bottle perforator is optional to be equipped on the paper balers for sale to pre-perforate bottles before compressing so that enhance the bale density of the bottles
– A conveyor is needed to connect with the automatic horiozntal balers for sale to automatically deliver the raw materials to the cardboard compactor to compress and recycle
